Recently she toured the Hot Pink Mass and Femmes Fight Back installation across the continent, and she is co-producer of the Heels on Wheels Glitter Roadshow [2010-2011].
Damien works in independent print, web, theater and audio production, and is committed to creating representations of the diverse communities she embodies and allies with, and to skill-sharing low/no-cost production techniques with others, serving as Media Chair of the Femme Conference and a tech teacher with the Hart Collective.

Exorcise
Saturday, September 24th
Exorcise takes the darling of Homorobics and crosses it with a healing justice mentality, a generative somatics modality, and wraps it all in great spandex.
Exorcism and Exercise. D'Luxe produced this work to approach what she calls "the everyday tragedies of being treated "female" in a society that has some very fucked up attitudes towards femininity."
Drawing strength from endurance-art tactics of artists like Marina Abromovich, the piece is intended to go on "until she has to stop," but its presence in cabarets up to this point has given it time tests of about 8-10 minutes. For VENT the time limit will be extended further towards the pieces' natural lifespan.
Exorcise has been previously shown in Philly at Lemonade July 17, in Montreal at the Meox Mix for Perver/cite August 3.
